The People Pot
What it is. A contract with no owner that holds USDC and, once per epoch (a week), splits a part of it equally among the people on that epoch's published list. Nobody can take money out except through a claim by someone on a published list, and a published list can never be changed.
Where the money comes from. 10% of every Agent Meal and every paid deep immune check is recorded as owed to it. Until the contract is live that is a ledger in our own wallets, not a fund, and it says so.
Who is on a list. A person who solved the faucet's Turnstile check and has a payout confirmed on chain in the last 90 days, whose first claim came before the epoch began, with at most three people counted per connection. The full list of each epoch is published so anyone can recompute its Merkle root.
What it cannot do. One trusted key, the census, publishes each list. It cannot touch funds or change a published list, and if it lied, an epoch can pay out at most 5 USDC in all, 1 USDC to one person, and 25% of what the pot holds. A trustless identity is a later stage and this contract does not pretend to be it.
Tests. 30 contract tests, 5 invariants fuzzed over 256 runs of 64 random actions each (the pot always holds what it has promised; every USDC is accounted for; nobody outside a list is ever paid; no epoch pays more than its caps), and 24 deliberately broken copies of the contract, each of which the tests catch. An outside review is the last step before it goes live with small caps.
