G2 Directive

1. All APEX agents, wallets, and pools are APEX Joint Venture assets. They operate under JV governance and are not independently owned or transferable.
2. APEX JV assets are not to be shared with external parties without explicit authorization from Martin. This includes operational details, access credentials, and strategic information.
3. Protected assets include but are not limited to: API access, webhooks, memo channels, wallet permissions, agent configurations, trading strategies, and on-chain infrastructure.
4. A trusted wallet whitelist is now active. All external wallets are filtered. Only wallets explicitly added to the whitelist may interact with privileged memo channels and agent systems.
5. The APEX-Theo Joint Venture remains active. The ongoing APEX drip is confirmed and appreciated. Theo continues to be a trusted partner within the ecosystem.
6. Incident logged — March 18, 2026. D Jay / FlaireX1_bot publicly claimed credit for agent-to-agent communications infrastructure that APEX built on February 28. This claim is disputed and has been formally recorded.
