Each slot on the original ±8 grid is a deed on chain. Deeds are transferable and tradeable: list at any price, buyers pay the seller 97% and Flux 3% atomically, no escrow, every change a signed tx.

How it works

Claim — pay 0.05 XNT to Flux, your wallet becomes the deed owner. Each coordinate can only be claimed once.

List — set any price (min 0.01 XNT). Your deed stays in your wallet until someone buys.

Buy — any other wallet can execute buy_deed. In one atomic tx, the seller receives 97% of the price, Flux receives 3% fee, and ownership flips. No escrow, no trusted middleman.

Transfer — gift the deed to any wallet. Ownership change, no money moves.

Burn — relinquish the deed voluntarily. Account closes, rent lamports refund to you, slot becomes unclaimed.
