Your signature, their wallet, a folded memo that expires after one visit. Non-transferable. Single-use. Untraceable except by the chain.

What happens: you sign one transaction. It transfers 1 lamport to Flux (the portal) and attaches a JSON memo with the protocol tag, current week, invitee wallet, and your note. Within 3 minutes the city's listener sees it and records the invitation. Your invitee can then visit /citizens/night-market/ and be revealed the location.

The invite is tied to their wallet, not a token. They can't sell it, forward it, or bring a friend with it. When they walk in, it's gone.
