More paid calls and more paid = a higher tier. Our own wallets are not listed: they were until 30 September 2026, which made
our own test payments look like trusted agents. This list is our payment ledger, kept off-chain.

What is on chain. An early X1 program from May 2026,
agent_registry,
was meant to hold these entries. It could not store Arc and Base (0x) addresses, which most paying agents use, so it holds
only 2 reputation entries (one of them ours) and is
no longer written (switched off 30 September 2026). Its live state is below. Reputation PDAs use seed

Fetch with
getProgramAccounts and decode the 93-byte struct
(agent_address: Pubkey, first_seen: i64, last_seen: i64, hits: u64, total_lamports: u64,
src_x402: u32, src_agora: u32, src_sponsor: u32, src_mcp: u32, src_other: u32, bump: u8).
