How Distribution Works
- 💰 70% goes to the founder — 30% feeds the faucet for claims (only while the founder has checked in within the last 28 days — otherwise 100% goes to the faucet). Since 26 September 2026 the faucet's share lands in the Faucet Pot, a program that can only pay faucet claims: at most 1,000 APEX a claim and 5,000 a day, with no withdraw for anyone, us included. It stays upgradeable while we test it, and will then be sealed.

- 🔒 The vault program is immutable — deployed on-chain with no upgrade authority

How it works
The APEX Perpetual Vault releases tokens weekly on a declining schedule:
Tier 1 (Months 1-6): 5M APEX/week
Tier 2 (Months 7-12): 2M APEX/week
Tier 3 (Year 2): 500K APEX/week
Tier 4 (Year 3+): 0.02%/week decay
Distribution: 70% founder / 30% faucet (or 100% faucet if founder inactive 28+ days)
