Terms of Use

Last updated 15 September 2026. These terms cover apexfaucet.xyz, its free faucet and pages, and the pay-per-call data API under /api/x402/.

What this is

APEX Faucet is a community project on the X1 blockchain. It offers a free token faucet, public pages about X1 tokens and Citizens City, and a data API that software and AI agents can pay for per call. Using the site or the API means you accept these terms.

Data is provided as is

• Market data, prices, holder counts and exit checks are read from the chain and from public pools. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, for example when a pool changes between our read and your trade.
• Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Check anything that matters to you before you act on it.
• We may change, pause or remove an endpoint, a page or a price at any time.

Paying for the API

• Prices are listed on the pricing page and in every 402 response. You pay per call, with no account and no subscription.
• Payments are blockchain transfers to HYiepS7mNCVVKoaDmZLQ6rNtMWHTQqKheM1NLGn1x8kJ and cannot be reversed by us or by anyone. Check the address and amount before you send.
• A payment signature unlocks one call, once, and must be less than one hour old.
• If a verified payment did not return your data, contact us with the transaction signature and we will look into it. We cannot promise a refund, and we will tell you what we found.
• Payments fund the public APEX faucet.

Fair use

• Do not attack, overload or try to break the site, the API or the faucet, and do not try to claim more than the faucet allows.
• We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the service or other users.

Your data

You do not need an account. Like most websites, our server keeps technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) to keep the service running and to stop abuse. Wallet addresses and transactions you use are public on the blockchain. We never ask for your private key or recovery phrase, and you should never give them to anyone.

Tokens and wallets

Tokens such as APEX and XNT can lose value. Claiming, holding or trading them is at your own risk. APEX Pocket is a starter wallet for small amounts; keep your recovery words safe, because nobody, including us, can recover them for you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties, and APEX Faucet is not liable for losses that come from using it, from data errors, from blockchain or pool behaviour, or from outages.
