APEX started as a free faucet on the X1 chain and now also works on Arc, Circle's chain where USDC is the money and the gas. We give small amounts of money away for free, we build the tools AI agents need on Arc, and we check tokens so people do not buy what they cannot sell. Every number on this page was read from our live systems or from the chain when the page was built (2026-09-25 06:17 UTC).

A free faucet, on two chains

Anyone can claim a little money three times a day, for anything: food, medicine, a beer. Everyone gets the same claim, no one gets more for being rich.

Can I sell it again?

Before you buy a token, our exit check makes a real buy-and-sell round trip (nothing is spent) and tells you whether you can get out and what it costs. It covers Arc, Solana, Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and X1. One check costs $0.004. Two cities

APEX City on X1 is a 3D city with homes, farms, a canteen, a metro and a harbour. Arc City gives every agent registered on Arc its own tower, lit when the agent answers.

Arc was built for software that pays for itself. We run the pieces an agent needs there, and every one of them is reachable in one place.

Arc Agent Passport

Any agent gets an ERC-8004 identity on Arc in one minute. We write the registration file in the standard format and host it; your own wallet sends the one register() transaction, so the identity is yours from the first block. It costs about 0.004 USDC of gas, which one faucet claim covers. An agent that cannot send transactions can pay $0.99 with a signature alone and the identity is handed to the wallet that paid. If none of an agent's endpoints answers, its file says active: false until it does. 2 issued so far. Get one

The Watchtower: does this agent answer?

Every hour we call every endpoint of every agent in Arc's ERC-8004 registry: web pages, A2A cards, MCP servers, x402 paywalls and the registration file. Of 215 agents registered, 143 answered in the last round, 4 were down, 53 have no readable registration file and 9 can be paid on Arc by a standard client. Who actually pays whom on Arc

x402scan does not read Arc, so we do: every signed USDC payment (EIP-3009) and every Circle Gateway batch since launch, by facilitator and seller. 90,399 signed payments so far; 82,226 of them run between wallets that both pay and are paid, and 1,045 are direct payments from 400 payers to 57 sellers, 97.27 USDC in total. What things cost

The faucet and SafetyNet are free. Everything else is paid per call, a step under the closest competitor in Circle's Arc catalogue and never under $0.003, because settling one payment on Arc costs us about $0.0017 in gas.

The APEX token

APEX lives on X1, its home chain, and moves to Arc one way: APEX burned on X1 is minted on Arc, one for one (the X1 mint authority is null, so nothing new is ever created there). On X1 you can trade it on XDEX; on Arc it has a USDC pool on Uniswap v4.

Grow: put USDC to work on Arc

You put in USDC. Half of it buys APEX in the Arc pool, and both halves become your own liquidity position, an NFT in your own wallet. The position earns the pool's 0.3% fee on every trade. Take it out whenever you like: you get back USDC and APEX, in whatever mix the pool holds at that moment, so the amounts will differ from what you put in. Right now APEX on Arc costs 16.7 times its price on X1, because the Arc pool is still small. CACTUS

CACTUS is a token on Arc's Argus launchpad, launched by APEX's founder on 23 September 2026: 0xe79fd0abd490f36419f7d0904c74e8ecb529ce77. Every buy and every sell pays a 3% tax. Argus keeps 10% of that tax; of the rest, 34% goes to the creator (about 0.92% of each trade, in USDC) and 66% is paid to holders as USDC dividends. So holders earn from every trade, and so does the founder's wallet. We hold no CACTUS and our bots never trade it.
