Who runs this
APEX Faucet is run by an individual in Spain. You can reach us at [email protected] or in our Telegram group. For anything about your data, write to that address and say what you want removed.
What the faucet records
- The wallet address you claim to, the amount and the time. The payout itself is a public blockchain transaction: anyone can see it and nobody, including us, can delete it.
- To limit abuse on the Arc faucet we keep a scrambled (hashed) identifier of your internet connection next to the claim. On the X1 faucet we keep your IP address next to the wallet for 48 hours, then delete it (a ban for abuse is kept until it expires).
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. It is run by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy.
- We never ask for a seed phrase or a private key, and we never hold a user wallet.
Our servers
Like any website, our web server keeps a log of requests (time, page, your IP address, browser name). We keep those logs for 14 days and use them to fix errors and stop attacks. Traffic goes through Cloudflare, which sees it as well.
Your browser
We store a few small settings in your own browser (theme, language, sound, game progress such as a best score or a lit lamp). They stay on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.
Games, rooms and the box on the homepage
- Bloodstream: a random player id made in your browser, a hashed connection identifier for daily limits, and your calls. If you sign in with a wallet, your calls are linked to that public address. The record of calls is public.
- House rooms: a note you leave is public text with no name attached. Lamps and notes are limited per hashed connection.
- The house robots (Ava and Max) in the city rooms: what you type is sent to an AI model that answers as a robot. We do not store the words, only how many free messages a connection has used today. The date-night game runs entirely in your browser.
- The “tell me in your own words” box: what you type is sent to an AI model that picks a page for you. We do not store your words; we only count how many questions were asked.
Paying by card
Card payments (for example a house) are handled by Stripe, which sees your card details; we never do. We keep the email address and payment reference Stripe gives us so we can restore your edit link and prove your purchase. Your email is never shown publicly.
Telegram
If you use our Telegram bot, Telegram shows us your user id and what you send the bot. Telegram has its own privacy policy.
Who else sees data
Cloudflare (network, bot check, AI model), Stripe (cards), Telegram (if you use it), and the public blockchains. We do not sell data.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to the address above. We cannot change anything written on a blockchain. If you are in the EU you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
